Craving that off-grid lifestyle? This 1935 adobe gives you the best of both. Its own well and septic mean no city water or sewer bill, plus real independence, yet it is on electric and only 7 to 10 minutes from town. Close enough for coffee runs, far enough to breathe. Inside: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, mostly original hardwood floors, and thick adobe walls that stay naturally cooler in summer. There is even a real root cellar, a feature you just do not find anymore. Outside you get a 2 car detached garage and over 5 acres to make your own. It needs a little TLC, so bring your vision and build some sweat equity. A place with soul, space, and independence, come see it before it is gone.
