Born in Tucson and raised in Nogales, Arizona, Norma has a deep-rooted connection to the state’s culture, community, and people. After moving to the Valley to play collegiate volleyball, she built a strong network and developed a passion for teamwork, discipline, and leadership—qualities that seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career. Norma also spent four years coaching young athletes, from 12-year-olds at the club level to college athletes aged 17–21, sharpening her skills in mentorship, communication, and strategic thinking. In 2019, Norma launched her real estate career with eXp Realty.
