Joey Bergandi is redefining what success looks like in real estate. By 30, he’s closed over a quarter billion in sales and founded two high-performing brokerages: Velocity Realty in San Diego and Desert Momentum in Arizona.

Originally from Chicago and raised in Los Gatos, Joey moved to San Diego to pursue baseball at the University of San Diego. After a career-ending knee injury, he pivoted with purpose—earning a degree in marketing and discovering a passion for sales, consumer psychology, and real estate. What started with hustle and grit in marketing sales evolved into a nationally recognized real estate career defined by performance, leadership, and relentless momentum.
